Trying to keep up with all your online communications and get them working well together can be a bit confusing at times. The latest method of communication I’m trying out is Audio – not exactly rocket science in itself, but it’s quite good to know that you can make a quick recording from your iPhone and thanks to Audioboo within a minute it can be surfing the web across Facebook, Twitter and many other services.

So you can create a message on your iPhone (up to 5 minutes long) and it will appear in your Audioboo site – it’s a bit like a blog for Audio recordings.

Now the clever part is that you can then set Audioboo up to automatically send the message to Facebook – either a Facebook Profile or even better a Facebook Page. You can also send it to Twitter, a Tumblr blog, Friendfeed and Posterous. From Posterous you can then divert it to lots of other Internet Services. So the mind really does boggle!

So this surely has to be one of the quickest ways of creating content for your blog or website.

Now if you want to actually include an Audioboo recording on your WordPress self hosted blog then you just need to grab the “embed” code from your Audioboo page and drop it into your WordPress Blog (html tab) post. In fact that’s exactly how I have inserted the recording below.

As well as recording from your iPhone when you’re on the go – you can also just record directly from your headset or microphone on your home computer – this will probably give a better recording. My recording below is direct from my iPhone.
